I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and sometimes the pain is so constant I just want to find some kind of relief. I tried 5 sessions of acupuncture for my neck arthritis with a wee bit of help but have always gotten relief when I slowly massage or put pressure on certain areas around my neck. The book substantiates what I’ve thought about putting pressure on certain muscles so I’ll be interested to see how my pain improves over time.
I especially enjoyed reading how the body is so interconnected, something I’ve suspected for years.
