i cannot take it anymore pills suck
panic attacks and anxiety are killing me

I have been incredibly stressed out and I feel as though my mood is all over the place lately. I can feel the stress in my shoulders, neck and back. I also have TMJ so the stress makes my jaw hurt and that makes me miserable.

ok so i always feel stressed out , nervous and just all around annoyed with everything i do have sleepless nights and im JUST 18

i though about acupuncture from that i have heard it works and it looks like its relaxing
i dont wanna take any pills i usually avoid pills
