For every 75 people, there is one who will feel the symptoms of an anxiety panic attack at least once.Every year, a third of the adult population experience at least a single anxiety panic attack. Most of these individuals may not develop succeeding episodes of anxiety panic attack. That only goes to show that anxiety panic attacks are very common. These are also more prevalent than depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, alcohol abuse and phobias.
