How effective is acupuncture?
i want to try it to help my adhd, depression, anxiety, and ibs. medications seem to cause too many side effects that just make the problems worse.
please share your experience with acupuncture, and if your comfortable please tell why you tried it.

It’s not effective. It’s bs. I’ve never tried it and I have no intention of ever trying it.
However, with that said. Give it a try. If you feel it works for you, then stick with it. It’s all in the mind.
Acupuncture and its many techniques have been in use by the Chinese for centuries.
The Chinese must find acupuncture effective in treating their aches and pains…how else can you explain its longevity in the annals of Chinese traditional medicine?

There is no scientific evidence that says it works. In fact there’s a German study that shows it’s all a placebo effect. However, if you want a placebo than go for it just make sure that you don’t over pay.
