Question by chez fez ;D: Question about acupuncture and muscle spasms?
I’m to the point where I’m willing to spend some money to find some relief of my muscle spasms. They’ve been happening for the past 6 months in my lower back. Lately I’ve been really stressed/depressed/anxious all at once, so they’ve gotten worse, to the point where it is quite uncomfortable and effecting my posture. I’ve tried massages but those seem to provide maybe an hour of relief.. I was prescribed muscle relaxers but they cause me to have panic attacks for whatever reason.
I was curious if anyone has had muscle spasm’s and went onto seek acupuncture as an alternative cure for their spasms? Or if anyone has had any luck in general with a related issue while getting treated with acupuncture.
It’s pricey, but your feedback will my decision. Appreciate
