What is wrong with my breathing?

For a month, my breathing has been more and more strained.
It feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest most of the time. Although I can breathe all the way in, I seem to stop at some point when I exhale. I even try to cough but it can’t get all the way out, it’s like my chest just constricts and stops.
I’ve had EKGS, echocardiograms, blood tests (white blood cells slightly elevated) and a pulminary function test. All came out fine except the pulminary function test showed the not breathing out part. My pulminologist can’t give me a clear answer, just tells me to take all of these inhalers. NONE HELP.
I’ve been getting ingestion problems too, like I burp a ton after eating and sometimes it’s like heartburn.
I’m getting an endoscopy done tomorrow and it’s likely to show something like GERD. But what on earth are these breathing problems? No one can really explain it to me, and if they do, they say it’s stress or anxiety. I’m at my wits end. Acupuncture, Reiki, massage…none of it does a single thing for my breathing problem. And when they say “try breathing excercises for the anxiety…” it’s like they’re not even listening. It’s my breathing that’s the problem; breathing excercises exacerbate it!

I’m really hoping someone can tell me what’s going on…I have a great PCP who listens to me but even she can’t tell me exactly what this is and it starts from the moment I wake up til the moment I go to sleep. Constant strain on my breathing. I’ve also had some pains in all parts of my chest and back sometimes.
I forgot to add I’ve had a few chest x-rays…and 2 CT scans to check for blood clots. Nothing abnormal.

How Do I Become A Guest On A Talk Show?

Like Oprah, or Jesse Rapheal, or something like that. First tell me if you think I should go on? I want the topic to be Inmate sucess stories. When I was 17 I went to prison for three years for trying to kill my mom. I got out of prison at 21. I decided to have acupuncture done 12 times for my anger and depression. I did a high school corrispondance course and earned my diplomia through the mail just before my 23rd birthday. When I was going to church I found out that one of the Bishops was my prosecutor. After alot of prayer I shook his hand. Would this be a good story. And how do you think going on t.v. would effect my life?
