Does it really help? I have aniexty about sleep, stress, medications etc. Mostly chronic knots in my stomach. I take medications but they only do so much good.
How long does it take to relieve symptoms? Anyone know how to find a really good group to do the procedures? I exercise a lot and it relieves it for a short period…. is acupuncture more long term? Any other suggestions – besides yoga and pilates? I do those too.
